Career at OJSC Mozyr Machine-Building Plant:

     Mozyr Machine-Building Plant is constantly working on high-quality selection, placement, training, retraining and retention of personnel. The average age of the company's employees is 39.6 years.
     The plant trains workers of the following professions: turner, driller; milling machine; grinder; locksmith for the assembly of metal structures; toolmaker; puncher; moulder; blacksmith on hammers and presses and others. The training of workers is carried out in most cases by an individual method, i.e. industrial training is carried out under the guidance of a qualified worker who is not released from his main job, and theoretical training is carried out through consultations with a teacher of theoretical training from among engineering and technical workers.
     Production and technical courses, special-purpose courses are available at the plant for advanced training.
     The factory has a license for the training of slingers, as well as a classroom equipped with visual aids, which is designed to train and improve the skills of our workers.
     Management staff and specialists of the plant improve their professional level through training in state educational institutions, advanced training courses, participation in seminars.
     The company has a reserve of personnel for promotion. The preparation of the reserve is carried out through coursework in the system of institutions of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus for advanced training, as well as directly in production.
     The administration of the plant pays serious attention to work with personnel and their retention.
     At the request of the employee and taking into account the interests of production, annual leave can be divided into parts, in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus and the collective agreement.
